Refunds
Our Promise At Marshall Howe Florists we strive to deliver a great product in prime condition and on time.
Quality & availability Certain flowers are sent out in bud form. This means they will last longer with the recipient and this is not considered a flaw in the product, but rather ensures a longer bloom. Flowers at certain stage of development or displaying a natural variation in colour from depicted images can be expected. If we have not got the stock of the main flowers in the bouquet the customer will be contacted and alternative flowers offered. If this is not acceptable the order may be cancelled and a full refund offered.
Damage While our flowers are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left us they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us so that we can arrange a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged flowers in question within 48 hours of receipt of the flowers.
Local Delivery Through our local delivery service we strive to make sure our flowers are delivered on the correct date and time slot. If we fail to deliver your order we will send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.
Returns We are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable standard.
